Le Relais de Nature has a restaurant area with about 120 seats spread over two separate rooms. Refurbished in 2018, this glazed and bright space offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. The Chef offers balanced menus, cooked on site from fresh and seasonal products, and when possible from the short supply chain and/or organic farming. Particular attention is paid to food allergies and specific diets reported prior to the stay.
The Relais de Nature has taken various steps that could enable it to obtain the European eco-label in the near future. Also, the entire team of the centre is aware of food waste, waste sorting, and reducing water and electricity consumption. The take-away meals have also been redesigned, with biodegradable bags and compostable cutlery.
