Sainte Marguerite Island is the largest island in the Lerins archipelago, it has only a dozen inhabitants.

Its greatest wealth?  An Aleppo pine and eucalyptus forest of 150 hectares and turquoise seabed of exceptional clarity.

The only place to stay? The CIS Iles de Lérins located within the walls of Fort Royal.

This island is classified as a Natura 2000 Zone and the CIS holds the European Ecolabel. The archipelago is a candidate for the UNESCO World Heritage.
