You will need at least 1h30 of hiking in the vineyards with an expert guide to discover all the complexity of these: The different grape varieties (Pinot noir, Meunier or Chardonnay), or the work necessary throughout the year (pruning, training, harvesting).
And of course, you will meet a winemaker and his farm, to taste one of his champagnes!
