14H00: MARKET GARDENING IN ORGANIC FARMING

- Visit of the gardens of Cocagne, an organic market garden for social and professional integration working under insertion status, producer of organic vegetables distributed in short and local circuits.

Breakfast at the CIS and departure - Packed lunch provided by the CIS.

9H00: ON THE FARM WE CULTIVATE

The organic farm of Guilbardière will make you discover organic farming through its cultures, its breeding of calves, heifers and cows, the manufacture of raw milk and farm cheese.

20H30: Coffee debate - Exchanges with a prevention ambassador on the theme of food waste.
